This online class will teach you how to create this beautiful Christmas garland with step by step photos & instructions. The supplies are inexpensive and easy to find at your local craft store. I will show you the technique I  used to create the beautiful paper wreath out of baking cups! SO cute... and I will also show you how you can use this same technique to create ornaments and other decorations for you home as well.
